I think t-shirts are the way to go, I'm not sure how much
medals cost or trophies. But t-shirts printed in bulk aren't
too bad, and I know I enjoyed getting them when I could.

Yeah, probably something in the area. Just dont know which
one yet, probably something Creighton is at as I will be
helping them in the fall.
Not running chicago because I certainly won't be in go... |

Why aren't you going to run Chicago? It sounds like so much
fun...Are you going to do any of the college XC races in the
area? I think we're planning on Drake, GVU, Simpson, maybe
Central and Pre-N... |

Working on getting into shape to do a xc race or two. Not
sure which ones, and maybe a late fall 10k or two. Emily's
running Chicago, so right now I'm putting most of my efforts
into getting her ready... |

River Relay for sure. I'm sure I'll find some 5ks around,
